At Mark Copy we take the security and confidentiality of your data very seriously.

Most artificial intelligence tools are based in the US with their data storage in the same place. But US and European laws are not the same.
This means: US companies don't fully comply with RGPD laws.

We've decided to store all data in Europe, moving toward the RGPD recommendations.

What's more, Mark Copy secures your data. We use the Open AI API as our artificial intelligence, which only stores your data for 30 days in case of problems.
After 30 days the data is permanently deleted. It is also not used to train the AI model.
